It was a very looong day (as in all day) which we didn't expect. We also thought we could have used a little more explanation on the apps/features of the truck. Overall, it was an ok experience.

We had set up an appointment to get new tires on our 2018 Chevy Equinox. Chris is great from setting up appointment to completing our finished paperwork. Chris also informed us of a rebate for the tires we purchased.

Had to jump start my Buick as the battery went out. Took it to the shop when they opened and dropped it off to get new battery. As I did not have an appointment set up I was expecting it would be a day or two before they got it in. However about 11:30 am I received a call saying they had my car done already.

Had service done on my 2015 Silverado yesterday afternoon. Took less than an hour. Always great service! Chris Keppers and team were great to work with! Purchased this truck from Valley in 2015. Great truck! Steve Rick was the sales person at that time. Keep up the good work! Lynn Splittgerber

We arrived about 15 minutes early for our appointment. We were surprised our vehicle went in right away and work done in a timely manor. We got new tires in January and love them.

Everything from looking at vehicles to information of vehicle, finding the vehicle we liked, to a great salesperson to finalizing sale and signing paperwork and helping set up apps,etc. It was a great purchasing opportunity and the best service. The salesperson went above and beyond, in service to us.

Had a transmission go out 1400 miles from home they made everything as painless as possible. Got everything taken care of with the warranty and got me home. Chris is service was is a great guy and easy to deal with.

I made an appointment for my equinox to have an oil change at 8:00am. I was there right on time. They told me it would take a little longer. I went and sat in the waiting area only to find out that a friend of mine stopped in to see if she could have an oil change without an appointment and they took her in first. So I sat there for 2 oil changes. Nobody said a word about anything until I finally asked someone. They lied about why it was going to take so long and so I told them what I found out. He turned red and walked away. I have been going to this dealership since buying my first brand new car in 1980. I am not impressed with the service department. My husband brought out our Colorado for an estimate on the tailgate. It took the gal who did the estimate almost a week to get it to the insurance company. This is not at all the service that we have been use to at all. Very disappointed.

Quick, easy and friendly service EVERY TIME!

The dealership was more than helpful to try and get the problem resolved. They explained that it was a problem in the design of the electronic steering. The crew at Olson Chev were excellent.
