Everything from looking at vehicles to information of vehicle, finding the vehicle we liked, to a great salesperson to finalizing sale and signing paperwork and helping set up apps,etc. It was a great purchasing opportunity and the best service. The salesperson went above and beyond, in service to us.

Had a transmission go out 1400 miles from home they made everything as painless as possible. Got everything taken care of with the warranty and got me home. Chris is service was is a great guy and easy to deal with.

I made an appointment for my equinox to have an oil change at 8:00am. I was there right on time. They told me it would take a little longer. I went and sat in the waiting area only to find out that a friend of mine stopped in to see if she could have an oil change without an appointment and they took her in first. So I sat there for 2 oil changes. Nobody said a word about anything until I finally asked someone. They lied about why it was going to take so long and so I told them what I found out. He turned red and walked away. I have been going to this dealership since buying my first brand new car in 1980. I am not impressed with the service department. My husband brought out our Colorado for an estimate on the tailgate. It took the gal who did the estimate almost a week to get it to the insurance company. This is not at all the service that we have been use to at all. Very disappointed.

I had to deal with both parts and service. Both departments gave me exceptional service.

I scheduled an oil change on Friday, May 8, for a 3:00 PM appointment on Wednesday, May 13. At the time of booking, I was informed that the afternoon was completely open at 2:00, 3:00, or 4:00 PM. However, when I arrived for my scheduled time, I was told that the service department was double-booked and they would "do their best" to fit me in. I am disappointed that I took the time to make an appointment only to have it disregarded upon arrival. The purpose of scheduling in advance is to ensure a specific time slot, and it was frustrating to be told my appointment time could not be honored as promised.

Stopped in for an oil change. Vehicle addressed promptly at my reservation time. Complimentary inspection included. Work completed quickly while I waited. Very pleased with Olson Chev in Hutchinson for ease of purchase and efficiency of the service department.

They were accommodating with making my oil change, maintenance appointment. I appreciate the dealership was able to drop me off at work, when I dropped the car off to be maintained. They stated they reviewed the items I had concerns with and of course, everything was fine.
